All items are packaged with the best intentions by our team. You must email, message, and get in contact with a member of our team the day your package arrives & is opened if items did not make the delivery. Full refund or store credit available if product is broken upon arrival. Any photos sent 24 hours after package arrival and delivery will not be accepted. Please provide all evidence of package being broke inside of package, damage to the package, and all other damage. Email us @ 211.goodvibes@gmail.com. If no damage, returns not acceptable. We are not responsible for any packages shipped when given the wrong address. Please double check your address before making an order. Once the package leaves our possession to the shipping company, it is no longer in our hands and we are not responsible for any delays. Be sure to read all descriptions about natural spots on crystals or special care instructions. When picking a shipping option watch for the processing time at checkout. If you are unhappy with anything ordered, please message so we can make sure everyone leaves happy.
